Depending on the services requested/received, the personal information of the customer may need to be shared, used and/or stored. The process may include a period of time after the services are complete in compliance with audit, contractual, regulatory and other legal obligations.

Internal Sharing

Aces Relocation, in order to be able to provide a full range of services, may share the information of the customers among its branches located in different cities/countries to contact the customer related to a variety of services offered by and through Aces Relocation and its affiliated companies.

External Sharing

Aces Relocation, due to the requirements of the law and the nature of relocation services that requires collaboration with other companies, may work with and provide information to companies outside the Aces Relocation family. In such cases, the information used by the parties of the external sharing is limited to the use of personal information only for the purposes the customer intended in providing the information.  The customer has the opportunity to access his/her/its personal information, to correct any inaccuracy or to delete it appropriately. However, Aces relocation reserves the right to deny these activities related to investigations or potential or actual litigation where the burden or expense of providing access would be misappropriate, especially in cases where the rights of other customers would be violated. Data Controller and Data Security

 Aces Relocation acts as a Data controller and manages all personal information to provide services according to what the customer has consented and the terms of the policy. Aces Relocation meticulously maintains the privacy of personal information and only use, share, transfer or store it as permitted.

Aces Relocation makes every reasonable effort to keep personal information accurate and secure and shall maintain physical, electronic, and procedural precautions to protect personal information by regularly assessing security standards and barrages against unauthorized access.

Aces Relocation acknowledges that protection of personal information is strong only when the customer also contributes to the protection efforts. Therefore, the customer should be aware of that ACES RELOCATION does not give any bank wire instructions via secondary tools, methods or persons and that the customer should also verify the amount of the funds sent or received verbally.
